Our salesperson Bharat D. was able to help us find our coffee and end tables that we wanted at a great price. Highly recommend checking them out first before shopping at the other big furniture box stores. We had one issue with one of the parts on the coffee table but Bharat and his warehouse associate was able to rectify the problem by putting the unit together. Thanks guys.
Salesman, Bharat was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were so pleased with our purchase and experience earlier this week that I took my elderly mother to buy new couches. I purchased a mattress and recliner for my mother. It was a slight glitch with the power mechanism in the recliner, but Richard, the store manager, went above and beyond, and had a new recliner, delivered within a day. As I couldn’t be there to help my mother package up the old one and set up, Richard had the drivers do everything for her. Fantastic customer service. Will definitely recommend.
